My name is Nicole and my training journey began as a foster for an all breed rescue. My passion for working in animal advocacy led me to run both a rescue and shelter. The time spent managing multiple dogs and working with adopters, along with other rescues, evolved my hands on dog training experience. During the process, I began to realize how misunderstood canine behaviors are to a majority of human individuals. The continual perspective observed was people tend to sympathize instead of addressing or redirecting behaviors head on, which inadvertently creates the exact opposite of what was intended. In working with dogs both individually and especially in groups, I learned from observation how an individual dog perceives the world and the specific skills needed to be successful which my training approach is built around.
